This Company is a subsidiary of MVC Capital listed on the New York Stock Exchange. This project is located in Mineral City, Ohio 7 miles North of New Philadelphia, OH.

This Company is a subsidiary of MVC Capital listed on the New York Stock Exchange.  This project is located in Cumberland, Ohio, 12 miles south of Cambridge, Ohio. 

Rutgers and Company LLC owns and manages this 7,500 sq. ft. warehouse/office facility including 1,200 sq. ft. of modern office facilities. The project was built in 2014 on a 6 acre lot which is100% hardened with caliche.  There are four 14'x16' overhead doors with drive thru capability, a truck wash bay and a 5 ton crane.  The project is NNN leased to a Company owned by Scandrill Inc and White Oak Global Investments. This project has 616 ft. of frontage on Hwy 385 and is 2 miles from Interstate I-20 in Odessa, Texas. 

Rutgers and Company LLC owns and manages these multi-tenant warehouse/office buildings which contain 14,000 sq. ft. The buildings are leased to three (3) different manufacturing Companies and an Internet Company.  The location is 675-687 High Grove Blvd., Akron, Ohio which is  southeast of Akron and in close proximity to the Akron-Canton Airport and Interstate 77.

Rutgers and Company, LLC owns and manges this newly built (2019) Warehous/Office project which has a total of 5,000 sq. ft including 1,200 sq. ft. of modern office space.  The offices include tiled floors, granite counter tops and two baths.  The warehouse has 14 ft. x 16 ft. overhead doors.  The building is located on two acres of compacted calihe and is fenced.  The property is located in Sterling Park with easy access to Highway 385 and Interstate 20 in Odessa, TX.  The property is leased to Allegiant Energy Services, LLC for (3) Years NNN.
